Chadwicks is a superb, comfortable family home situated down a quiet lane on the edge of the salt marsh - minutes from the sea and coastal path at Brancaster. The property is light and spacious with the benefit of wood flooring to the ground floor with under floor heating.

The accommodation comprises of a spacious entrance hall off which there is a ground floor cloakroom with WC, basin and 'wet room' . This leads to a very spacious kitchen diner with direct access to the spacious garden. Fully equipped with American style fridge/freezer, separate fridge, electric double oven and hob, 2 dishwashers, rayburn, dining space and seating for up to 14 people off which there is a separate utility room with 2 washing machines, tumble dryer and sink.


The kitchen leads through into a double aspect reception room with working fireplace, an abundance of comfortable sofas and arm chairs together with TV (SKY installed), DVD and stereo system and French doors with direct access to the garden.


A large inner hall links to a large twin bedded room with TV, DVD and plenty of shelf and hanging storage; 2 bedrooms each with built in cupboards and 2 bunks beds (able to accommodate up to 8 children!) and 2 separate bathrooms both with WC, basin, bath with shower attachment and heated towel rails.


Stairs lead to 2 spacious double bedrooms both with en suite bathrooms, views over the garden and super king size beds - again there is ample storage.


The large rear garden is mostly laid to lawn but with attractive trees and shrubs to the sides and provides a large rear york stone terrace, garden furniture and bbq for the summer months. There is off street parking for up to 4 cars.
The property is cleaned prior to guests arriving with beds made up. Linen is supplied but guests are asked to bring their own towels.
Dogs are welcome but only female one (I will explain upon enquiry!) and the property is non-smoking.
Rental £1500- £2000 pw inclusive.
