Sleeps 4-6 (4 in main cottage, 2 in adjoining annexe)
Little Wells is a true "gem". This detached cottage dating back to 1780 is in a secluded setting in the village of North Creake. Surrounded by open fields with extensive gardens the property has been owned by the same family since 1969 and over the years has been sympathetically restored to create a charming home of character and comfort. A wonderful base from which to explore and discover all that North Norfolk has to offer.

On the ground floor is a fully equipped 'country' kitchen (with bathroom/cloakroom off) leading into dining room which in turn leads to the reception room with wood burning stove. All rooms have original wood floors and exposed timber beams.

To the first floor are 2 spacious double bedrooms both with en suite shower rooms.

Adjoining the cottage is an annexe with separate entrance which has been converted from the old wood store and consists of a large double room with en suite bathroom.

Little Wells is fully equipped with TV, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, Oven, ceramic hob, microwave and plenty of crockery/cutlery and cooking utensils.
Bed linen is provided and the property is cleaned with beds made up prior to arrival but guests are asked to bring their own towels.
To all sides of the property are large gardens laid to lawn with well tended borders and an abundance of fruit trees.

The small village of North Creake is situated 3 miles from Burnham Market, 5 miles from the charming fishing port of Wells-nest-the-Sea, 4 miles to the unspoilt coast and the renowned Holkham Beach and only a mile from the historic village of Burnham Thorpe - the birthplace of Lord Nelson. There is a very good pub in the village, The Jolly Farmer which serves excellent food and is within easy walking distance.
