Skein Cottage is a newly built end of terrace property in the pretty village of Docking 4 miles inland from the North Norfolk Coast and the stunning sandy beaches of Brancaster. From Docking all the attractions of the area are within easy distance including the historic houses of Sandringham, Holkham and Houghton Hall. The RSPB bird reserve at Titchwell is less than a 10 minute drive away. To the back are uninterrupted views across the fields and it is well located in the village which is served by a very good pub The Railway Inn, a small Spa supermarket with a post office and cash machine - a rarity in these parts!

The cottage is in immaculate condition throughout, very well furnished and equipped providing a perfect home from which to explore this area of outstanding natural beauty.

The accommodation comprises:-

Ground Floor:- entrance hall with cloakroom off leading to open plan dining room (seating 6) and kitchen with ceramic tiled floors which in turn leads through glazed doors into the spacious lounge with wood floors and doors onto the patio and small garden.

First floor:- stairs lead from the dining area up to master bedroom with en suite shower room, twin bedroom, single bedroom and separate bathroom with bath and shower over, WC and wash basin.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, built-in oven, stainless steel chimney extractor hood, washing machine, fridge and freezer and ample crockery, cutlery and utensils.

There is also a TV and DVD in the lounge and CD/radio player in the kitchen and ample storage in all the bedrooms. In the outside store there is a BBQ and seating for the garden patio. Off street parking for 2 cars to the rear.

All bed linen is supplied and the cottage is cleaned prior to your arrival with the beds made up. Guests are asked to bring their own towels. Small dogs by arrangement. No smoking.
