The property has been beautifully maintained and furnished by the owners and is available for the first time as a holiday home to guests looking for comfortable, well equipped accommodation. The cottage comprises of:-
Ground Floor:- fully equipped kitchen with dining area and seating for 6, ground floor cloakroom, lounge with open, working fire leading to a bright conservatory/garden room with direct access to the charming gardens. Stairs lead to -




First Floor:- 1 single, 1 twin and 1 double bedroom, bathroom with bath/ shower, WC and basin.




The property is fully equipped with colour TV and DVD, washing machine, dishwasher, double oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and ample crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils for 6 people.
Bedlinen is supplied and the cottage is cleaned prior to arrival with beds made up. Guests are asked to bring their own towels.
There is an attractive garden surrounding the cottage with well stocked borders and partly laid to lawn with garden/patio furniture and bbq for warm summer evenings!


Thornham Village is situated on the Hunstanton-Wells next the Sea coastal road. In the village there is a small shop, three excellent pubs all serving good food - The Orange Tree, The Coach House and the historic Lifeboat Inn. The renowned RSPB Titchwell Bird Sanctuary is 1 mile away and it is an ideal situation from which to explore the many attractions this beautiful, unspoilt part of the country has to offer from Historic Homes such as Sandringham and Holkham Hall to the best fish and chips on the quay at Wells!
