Greentiles is a single storey, chalet style property superbly situated on the historic Peddars Way where it meets with the Norfolk Coastal Path and only a short walk to the beach. This comfortable family home offers spacious accommodation refurbished to a high standard by the owners who are regular visitors themselves. The property benefits from extensive gardens to the front and rear and has ample off street parking.

On entering the property you are met with a bright, spacious hallway which leads into a beautiful, modern, well equipped kitchen/dining room with French doors opening out onto a decked terrace for 'al fresco' dining - Norfolk weather permitting! There is a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer off the kitchen.

On the ground floor is also a large reception room, 2 twin bedrooms, 1 double bedroom, a newly refurbished walk-in shower room with basin and WC and a further bathroom with basin and WC. Stairs lead up to another magnificent double en-suite room with shower, basin and WC and further bedroom with a 'triple' bunk bed.

Greentiles is fully equipped with colour TV/DVD, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave and ample crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Bed linen is supplied but guests are asked to bring their own towels. If you are bringing children they will find an ample supply of toys, books and games to keep them entertained!

Ideal for families with children the property can accommodate up to 11 but it is also possible to rent the ground floor only which sleeps 6.

The village of Holme-next-the-Sea is located on the coastal road approximately 4 miles from Hunstanton. It has an excellent pub within walking distance, an outstanding beach and is an ideal location from which to explore North Norfolk.
