The rural village of Helhoughton is situated approximately 5 miles south west of the market town of Fakenham, 3 miles from East Rudham and 3 miles from the picturesque village of Great Massingham. Hawthorne Cottage is very quietly situated and benefits from a large garden complete with a trampoline for children!

The accommodation comprises of a spacious reception room with wood burning stove, comfortable sofas, wood flooring, TV and DVD which leads to the dining room seating 6 people which in turn leads into the well equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and cooker. Off the dining room is the bathroom with shower over and a separate WC.

Stairs lead up from the lounge to a bright double bedroom and a further bedroom with bunk bed and two built in bunk beds.

As the owners visit often guests will find ample crockery and cooking utensils in the kitchen together with plenty of books and games and generally find Hawthorne Cottage a very comfortable family home from which to explore the North Norfolk countryside. The glorious coast line is a short drive away and close by is the excellent Dabbling Duck pub and restaurant and The Crown Inn at Rudham.
